Penguin Island series is close to rough cut for all six episodes. Most of the filming has been completed, however, we are still following a few crucial stories.
Our wonderful Field Producer Hayley Smith returned home to the UK at the end of January and our DOP David Parer is keeping an eye on the weather for more underwater opportunities to film penguins at sea.
The series has attracted a lot of interest worldwide as buyers are keen to see what the world of the Little Penguin looks like.
The ABC will soon commence building the Penguin island website. One special section will include a selection of short home movies from families who have rich memories of life on Phillip Island.
