Sally Ingleton
Sally has been producing and directing award-winning documentaries for the past 25 years specialising in nature, science, arts, history and social issues. Sally has made programs for over 15 international broadcasters including BBC, Arte France, Discovery, National Geographic, ABCTV and NHK.
Just completed is AUSTRALIA'S GREAT FLOOD (1x48) for National Geographic Channel USA. It tells the story of the dramatic January 2011 Queensland floods using self shot footage by those who lived through it.
Also just completed is KANGAROO MOB (1x52) about the street smart kangaroos that live in Canberra for ABCTV, RTBF, YLE and SVT.
In 2010 Sally produced PENGUIN ISLAND, a 6 part nature soap series narrated by Rolf Harris for BBC1, ABC1 and Arte France.
In 2009 Sally produced and directed JOHN GOLLINGS:EYE FOR ARCHITECTURE (SBS/AVRO) that premiered at the Melbourne International Film Festival and recently won the Bates Smart National Award for Architecture in the Media.
Sally's 2008 science adventure documentary SEED HUNTER (ABCTV, ARTE France, SVT Sweden, RTE Ireland) has gone on to screen in over 40 countries and has won a string of international awards at environment and nature festivals, including being nominated at Banff TV Festival for Best Environment Documentary and winning the Grand Nature Prize at the Sichuan TV Festival.
Also produced in 2008 was the international political documentary TIBET:MURDER IN THE SNOW (BBC, SBS, TSR, YLE, RTBF) and COMMUNITY COP for SBS.
In 2007 Sally produced 2 MUMS AND A DAD (SBS) which won Best Documentary at the Sydney Film Festival Dendy Awards and Best Documentary at the Australian Teachers of Media Awards. It was also nominated for Best Human Story at the ATOM Awards and Best Achievement in Direction (Miranda Wills) at the Australian Director Guild Awards.
In 2006 Sally produced WELCOME 2 MY DEAF WORLD (SBS) that was nominated for Best Documentary at both the Australian Film Institute and Australian Teachers of Media Awards.
In 2002 MUDDY WATERS - LIFE AND DEATH ON THE GREAT BARRIER REEF (SBS) picked up several international science/environment awards and in 1997 MAO'S NEW SUIT (Ch4/SBS), filmed in China, won Best Documentary at the Chicago Windy City Documentary Festival as well as being nominated for Best Documentary at the Dendy Awards Sydney Film festival.
Currently in production is DEVIL ISLAND (also known as AUSSIE ANIMAL ISLAND), a 6 part nature series for ABC, ITV and France TV.

Josephine Wright - Development and Line Producer
Josephine Wright has been working for Melbourne based documentary company 360 Degree Films since October 2008. Recently she was the Associate Producer for 'Australia’s Great Flood' (2011, National Geographic Television) and Line Producer for the one hour natural history documentary 'Kangaroo Mob' (2011, ABC, RTBF, SVT,YLE). Her credits as Development Producer include the 6 part natural history series 'Devil Island' (ABC, ITV, FRANCE5), 'Kangaroo Mob' (2011, ABC, RTBF, SVT,YLE) and 'Charles Bean’s Great War' (2010, The History Channel).
Previously Jo worked as part of the production team for both 'Penguin Island' (2010, ABC, BBC, Arte France) and 'Tibet: Murder In The Snow' (2008, SBS, BBC, RTBF, TSR, YLE). Jo has represented the Australian Film Industry as a Youth Ambassador in China, and undertook an internship in development with feature film producer Amy Kaufman ('Sin Nombre', 'The Whistle Blower)'. Jo has also worked as a First Assistant Director on the Australian feature 'Crushed' and funded shorts 'Pests' (2008, Film Victoria), 'Floating' (2008, Film Victoria) and 'Evelyn Everyone' (2008, Screen Australia).
In 2008 Jo produced a 90-minute interactive documentary 'Chasing The Law' funded by the Victorian Legal Board for Indigenous high school students. Under her own company Jo has produced and directed numerous shorts, music film clips and corporate documentaries. Jo has a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from the University of Melbourne and a Post Graduate Diploma of Film and Television from the Victorian College of the Arts.

Andrew Sully - Director - Devil Island
Andrew has been writing and directing drama and documentaries since graduating from VCA film and Television School. 'Black Dogs', his graduating film won Le Grand Prix at the Poitiers Film Festival, Best Film at the St Kilda Film Festival and an ATOM award for Best Student Film. His short, 'A Dancing Foot and a Praying Knee', was released theatrically and was nominated for two AFI awards.
He recently completed the documentary 'Anatomy of a Massacre' for ABC TV about a forensic investigation in East Timor to find the missing protestors from the Santa Cruz Massacre. He also made 'Feral Peril' for ABC TV, an ecological detective story set in Tasmania. It won three awards at the 2009 International Wildlife Film Festival in Montana, USA. He first got to know Tasmania in 2005, through work on the acclaimed four-part ABC TV series 'The Shearers'.
Andrew’s earlier documentary work includes the Film Australia and ABC TV series 'East Timor - Birth of a Nation', 'Once Were Monks' (Film Australia/SBS TV) and the theatrically released 'Hell Bento!!', 'Uncovering the Japanese Underground' (SBS TV). He was also a director on the documentary series 'Suspicious Minds, Forensic Stories from the Coroner’s Office' (Channel Nine), 'Dave in the Life' (SBS TV) and 'The Two of Us' (SBS TV). He is currently directing 'Devil Island', a six part natural history series for ABC, ITV and France TV.

Alex Kelly - Director - Queen of the Desert
Alex started making films with Melbourne indymedia and SKATV in 1998. She co-directed and produced a number of films during her time in Melbourne including ‘Globalisation 101’ (SKATV) which now features in various university curriculum. She has been working in Central Australia since 2003. Based in Alice Springs she most recently was Producer of ‘Nothing Rhymes with Ngapartji’ (ABC 2010) and Creative Producer of the award winning media arts project ‘Ngapartji Ngapartji’ (Big hART). In 2008 Alex was awarded the Australia Council for the Arts Kirk Robson Awards and was invited to become a YouthActionNet fellow. In 2010 Alex undertook an Australian Council residency at Cite International des Arts in Paris. Alex is currently a recipient of the NT Film Office Bob Plasto Fellowship.
Alex is currently working with 360 Degree Films directing ‘Queen of the Desert’, a half hour documentary supported by ABC, Screen Australia and Screen Territory as part of the Opening Shot initiative for emerging filmmakers.

Noga Mizrahi - Book keeper
Noga's background is in bookkeeping for film and television. She joined 360 Degree Films Pty Ltd in 2008 with prior experience working for Thunderbox TV Pty Ltd, Beit Aharon Inc. and Big & Little Films Pty Ltd.
Noga’s credits include bookkeeping for Seed Hunter, Tibet: Murder in the Snow, Menzies and Churchill at War, Monash: The Forgotten ANZAC, Community Cop, John Gollings: Eye for Architecture, Floating, Lentil as Anything, Penguin Island and The Rat. Credits on recently completed productions include bookkeeper for Charles Bean’s Great War, Kangaroo Mob and Australia’s Great Flood.
Noga has also worked for the Arts Industry Advisory Group since 2009.

Emma Barnett - Production Assistant/Website Manager
After graduating from Swinburne's Film and Television course in 2009 Emma begun working for Southern Star Productions as a production assistant on the television drama "Rush" and as a production secretary on the television drama "Offspring".
In 2011 the opportunity to follow her true passion for documentary production arose and Emma is now a production assistant for 360 Degree Films. Credits include production assistant on "Australia's Great Flood".
